Reservations & Seating
Do you accept reservations?
Yes. We welcome both reservations and walk-ins.

How large of a group can we reserve for?
Our largest table accommodates up to 10 guests.
To preserve the sound quality and overall music experience, tables are not moved or combined.

Do you have different seating levels?
Yes. Sweet Beats has two levels.
Our upper level is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 5:00 PM–10:00 PM. If you wish to reserve seating on the upper level, reservations are available during those times.

Do you take reservations by phone?
No. All reservations are made through OpenTable. You can reserve your table here.
Food & Beverage
Do you serve dinner or only desserts?
We offer more than desserts. Our menu includes savory boards and chef-crafted bites in addition to desserts, curated cocktails, wine, and non-alcoholic options. You can check our menu here.
What time does the kitchen close?
Our kitchen closes at 9:30 PM.
Gift Cards
How can I purchase a gift card?
Gift cards can be purchased here or by inquiring with your server during your visit.
Live Music
What time can I listen to live music?
Live jazz is presented in two sets:
5:30–6:30 PM and 7:30–8:30 PM

Is there a cover charge?
No. There is no cover charge.
Sweet Beats is part of the Cappella Performing Arts Center mission: making live music accessible in La Crosse while creating an elevated jazz lounge experience.

From time to time, we host special ticketed events. On those evenings, admission requires a ticket purchase. These events are announced on our website and social media.
Private Events
Do you hold private events?
Yes. Sweet Beats is located within Cappella, our historic venue space.

Cappella hosts weddings, corporate gatherings, and social celebrations throughout the year. If you’re interested in hosting a private event, please inquire here for more information.
Families & Atmosphere
Is Sweet Beats family-friendly?
Yes, we are family-friendly. We just kindly ask all guests to keep conversations at a considerate volume so everyone can fully enjoy the music.
Parking
Is parking available?
Yes. There is plenty of parking around the property.
Additional parking is available in the neighboring CCF Bank lot.
